The 9kg ATX Wall Ball is a Very robust wall balls made of sturdy and durable plastic in a carbon-look. The extra tear-resistant seam approach is sewn overlapping for the toughest workout conditions. The ATX® wall balls are dimensionally stable and well-balanced for safe handling.

There’s a few differences between CrossFit Balls and regular medicine balls. First off, they’re 370mm/ approximately 14.5″ in diameter. The reason being, improved ergonomics during catching and throwing exercises at speed e.g. avoiding the shoulder girdle pronating and subsequently bringing the spine out of neutral alignment, something often practised in throwing sports to bring about maximum power and optimal efficiency. Secondly, they’re soft on the outside, which, to an extent, reducing the impact upon catching.
