Heavy-duty seated calf raise with front-plate-loading and an adjustable thigh pad. Like all good seated calf raises, it’s levered from beneath the seat and with little bilateral movement, it’s very, very comfortable in use. Features a no-wear chequer foot plate.
For use with olympic (2″/ 50mm) weight plates. Weight plates sold separately.
