Details about Power Bands:
High-quality professional-use power bands from ATX. Power bands can help with power lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. They reduce resistance during the weaker middle part of the lift. This is useful for breaking through training plateaus or for rehabilitation. Also used for stretching exercises and assistance during such exercises as pull-ups.
NOTE March 2025: NEW ATX RESISTANCE BANDS!!! The biggest difference between the old and new is that we’ve switched from latex to rubber respectively. Below is a table chart for the new resistance band details.
