Compact cable pulley set with loading pin for weight plates

This Cable Pulley Set is the simplest solution for performing cable exercises such as lat pulldowns, triceps pushdowns, cable crunches and more. The set consists of a pulley, a steel cable and a loading pin for weight plates. Hang the pulley with the included nylon strap and you can start training. This pulley set is perfect if you do not have room for a full-fledged lat pulley or if there is no lat pulley extension for your rack. With two pulley sets you can even create a setup that resembles a cable crossover. The set is very compact and can even be taken on the go to be able to train anywhere. Despite its simplicity, the pulley moves surprisingly smoothly thanks to the ball-bearing pulley and the rotating pulley holder.

Please note: the supplied steel cable is 175 cm long and the loading pin is 30 cm long. In the product photos, the pulley is hanging from a 210 cm high pull-up bar.
