The Earthquake Bar weighs just 3kg, but can handle 136kg in weight. This may not sound very much weight, but, believe me, using this bar, it is a lot of weight! Not your average bar, with bands and weights in tow, keeping the bar under sufficient stability during it’s want to move chaotically is the challenge in completing lifts. The Earthquake Bar is the second generation of Bamboo Bar…as more athletes started using the Bamboo Bar for more than just physiotherapy, they started hanging weighted bands over the sleeves and, hence, why the Earthquake Bar has sleeve notches.
