Furthermore, you have the option to keep your legs extended straight out in a seal-like manner or straddle the bench and utilise the foot support. Additionally, the Straddle Bench is equipped with a convenient shelf for dumbbells, allowing you to utilise either a barbell or dumbbells. 

Constructed using 80×80 and 80×40 steel sections, the JAWS bench is both durable and innovative, designed to withstand intense usage in freeweight gyms and elite sports clubs. 

Designed specifically for strength and conditioning facilities, the heavyweight JAWS Straddle Bench Row is equipped with wheels, allowing for effortless transportation on a flat surface. This feature makes it an ideal addition to any strength circuits session. 

With the steel sheet pad base, you can achieve a wide range of movement using a standard 7ft Olympic barbell, eliminating the need for a separate specialised row bar. 

In addition to selecting the frame and upholstery color of your choice, you have the option to further personalise your gym equipment by adding a collegiate-style logo plate featuring your gym brand or sports team.
