Traditionally done with dumbbells this machine means you can perform the exercise with better control and focus on targeting the shoulder and not worry about grip and keeping form. Easy to use by all abilities. Comes with a 40kg weight stack in 5kg increments. Seat is adjustable to 4 positions.
